Remind and inspire yourself to move safely with a mindful approach - Bodylight®. The session, draws from different teachings. Feel the muscles, and tap deeper into muscle activity, isolation, flexibility, mobility, and stability through Pilates/Yoga and Qigong. A focused and present mind yields powerful results on both physical and mental levels. At the end of the session, we transition to calmness with a short practice of Yoga Nidra or a brief relaxation (15-20 minutes).
Anyone is welcome, regardless of gender, age, or experience.
When: Tuesdays 5:30pm - 6:30 pm
Location: Studio Osteopathy Nelson, Level 1 - 54 Montgomery Square - Nelson 7010
Costs: $20 drop-in or $80 for 5x sessions
Mats + props are provided for indoor sessions.
