Ready to take your passion for Pilates to the next level? Join us for Module 1 of our Pilates Instructor Training — the first step in becoming a certified instructor.
Over the course of three immersive days, you’ll dive into the foundations of Pilates including movement principles, proper form, cueing techniques, and an introduction to teaching on the reformer. This training is perfect for those looking to begin their instructor journey, deepen their personal practice, or expand their knowledge of Pilates.
Training Schedule:
• Friday, June 5: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday, June 6: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sunday, June 7: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Price: $1,500
Expect hands-on learning, guided practice, and expert instruction in a supportive and welcoming environment. By the end of the weekend, you’ll have a strong understanding of Pilates fundamentals and the tools to continue progressing through the instructor training program.
