New! Body Tone Fitness Class to improve your strength & endurance, balance & posture. Enjoy a fun 45-minute group exercise class which is suitable for all fitness levels in Bramshall, near Uttoxeter this Autumn.This class will be starting on Wednesday 3rd September and is run on a pay as you go basis £6 per class, by card/phone. You will need your water bottle and a mat for this class.
