Using the Body Ready Method®, this course focuses on body alignment, mobility, and strength to support labor and birth. Through hands-on guidance, movement practices, and expert instruction, you’ll gain practical tools to enhance comfort, reduce tension, and encourage optimal fetal positioning. Whether you're planning a medicated or unmedicated birth, this class will help you move through labor with confidence and ease.
