Join us for a morning designed to nourish both body and spirit.Body Positive Ballet Day is a welcoming, all-levels experience created for women who want to reconnect with movement in a supportive and empowering environment. Whether you danced for years or have always wanted to try ballet for the first time, this event is for you.
Together with Makenzie McGee of All Dance No Diet, we’re creating space for joyful movement, honest conversation, and community connection.
