The Curve Catwalk® is a London-based, body-inclusive dance class, that uses joyful movement to promote an alternative to outdated fitness classes.

We teach people across London how to use dance as an empowering tool for improved mental health and physical well-being, allowing it to be a vehicle for improved body image, self-esteem, and overall confidence.
