✨ BODY MOVEMENT TO DANCE ✨This workshop is all about spinning with clarity, control, and confidence.
In social dancing, spins are often approached as an afterthought. But behind every clean turn is a system of body control, core connection, spotting technique, and rhythm awareness.
In this solo session, we’ll work through drills and movement sequences, focusing on how to prepare, initiate, and complete spins safely and expressively.
Whether you’re spinning in salsa, zouk, bachata, samba or rumba - the goal is the same: to move with intention, stability, and style.
Bring socks or dance shoes, and an open mind.

Do you want to develop your dance? Bring more variety, styling, contrast, expression, musicality and more confidence to your dance by joining this concept.
I have wanted to create a new concept for quite some time were I can teach you and bring out more DANCE in you. On the regular courses you learn steps and a foundational dance technique.
Dance to me contains so much. And so in BODY MOVEMENT TO DANCE we will have different topics for each workshop, diving deeper into, exploring and embracing the topic together and bringing it into our dance and a choreography.
Do you want lady styling classes? Well, this is it and more. Lady styling to me is not about learning specific hip movements or hand placements. It is about dance technique. It is about understanding the dance and expressing it with all the tools we have in the body and the music. It's about being in contact with our own body and play, confident in your expression.
This class is a solo class. Why? I want you to feel confident in your own dance. In couples dance we don't often get the time to practice our own details. This is what this class is for. Here you will develop your technique, confidence and styling to bring back to a partner when you dance.
It is for both leaders and followers. In these workshops I will work more on an individual level with the natural expression in your body - whether that is as leader or follower.
We will be focusing on Latin dances. This class is suitable for anyone dancing Brazilian Zouk, Bachata, Ballroom or Salsa.
We will have lots of fun, create a safe environment to explore new nuances in our dance and become better dancers in these workshops!
