This class is designed to emphasize the connection with your core and your posture. Our attention will be on warming the core with body isolation drills and exercises. It focuses on enhancing natural flow, rhythm, and styling beyond basic footwork, often incorporating isolations for hips, ribs, shoulders, and arms. Designed to improve personal flair, it boosts confidence in solo styling or partner dancing by teaching how to articulate movements seamlessly with the music. Train with us this month to upgrade your salsa and bachata dance to a more fluid appearance.
Come and step in for your first class for only $40 with our 4 Week Progressive Course each Tuesday from 8pm - 9pm on May 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th.

This dance class is part of a 4 week long course and each week is a building block to the next. For this reason we do not allow Drop-in students after the first class once the session has started.
