The Body Matrix Sound Bath is a guided meditation using sound as a tool to awaken the technology of your soul and support holistic healing.
This is where you begin to feel cleaner, clearer, and lighter. Negative thinking subsides, clarity returns, and your energy field is reset.
It’s the gift of peace, pause, and stillness—a space where you give yourself permission to simply be. To be with who you are and how you are, without needing to fix or change anything.
What to Expect:
Upon arrival, you’ll find a comfortable seat and settle in with a short introduction and gentle guided breathwork. You may be seated or lying down on a yoga mat.
Please bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, bolster, or anything else you need for comfort
A journal or crystals, if you feel called to bring them
You’ll then be guided into the sound bath, where you’ll relax and receive the healing tones of custom-cut 432Hz crystal sound bowls, accompanied by the gentle voice and presence of Ashlea Piefer, who helps you drop deeper into your Body Matrix.
Some people have visions. Others release emotion. Some fall into a deep, peaceful rest. Wherever the sound takes you, allow yourself to flow—like waves on water.
As we close, you’ll gently return to the body feeling aligned, renewed, and evolved (Renew. Align. Evolve.). You’ll leave feeling lighter and more connected to the version of yourself that no longer carries fear, doubt, or frustration—because you let it all go.

You have difficulty lying down or sitting still due to joint or mobility challenges
You experience issues with hearing sensitivity or ruptured eardrums
You are unable to remain still in one position for the duration of the experience
