Body Mapping with Haley Fuhr

Join Yoga Instructor and Art Therapist Haley, for a free workshop exploring how joy shows up in your body. We will start our time together with a playful yoga practice, noticing how joy can show up through movement, allowing ourselves to fall out of poses, practice imperfectly, and be silly.

Next we will shift our focus to art making and map out a life size image of how joy shows up internally, and what it looks like. Use stickers, markers, collage, pom poms and more to depict your inner world.
