So many of us carry complicated stories about our bodies. This 2.5-hour workshop, led by Janet Steady, MS, RD, LD, offers a supportive circle for exploring body image with compassion and curiosity.
Together, we’ll reflect, share, and learn practical tools drawn from intuitive eating and Janet's 30 years of experience supporting people through eating disorder recovery, body image work, and yoga. This circle is designed to spark meaningful exploratioin — and may serve as a stepping stone for an ongoing Body Image Support Group launching at Heart Stone in the coming months.
