Every Wednesday evening you are welcome to practice with me in Dschungle Yoga.
I use sound, breath and movement to awaken your awareness and intuition so that through your daily life you feel more free and comfortable releasing tension, stress, express yourself, take space, feel centred, balanced and so much more.
We connect with the nature within, so that our own wisdom floods our life with love.
Be welcome as you are, no need to be flexible. We practice with the body as it is and gently create space, to open up, to find your own center, relax in the flexibility that is already there.
What do we exactly practice?
Ways of releasing our day, like shaking, tapping, breathing or sounding in certain ways so we can fully go into the class.
Movements or postures to open our body, help focus the mind.
The pleasure of synchronising movement and breath.
Movement, balance and stability.
Awareness of the energy in and around your body through intention and intuition.
How to cultivate calm energy focussed energy in a rushing world through breath and meditation.
And so much more intuitive wisdom that may show itself through the practice of being consciously with our body.
The class costs €20, preferably to be payed in cash.
