Join us as the beautiful Lotus guides you through gentle body movements and flow to awaken the body mind and spirit . This also helps channel your higher self and helps control thoughts and emotions as well as helps the body release built up energy that needs to flow . This will be followed with a 20 min relax the mind meditation with reiki therapy and sound therapy with Lady Maven.This is an experience you don’t want to miss out on and we will offer it in weekly on Fridays the 1st, 3rd and fifth Fridays of every month. Class is $25 per person which is a amazing price as most places charge typically $40 for this session, we at Mavebs Moon try to keep our prices as low as possible because we know the importance of mental clearing ,spiritual growth and balancing, namaste 🙏
