A monthly womb healing gathering for women to come home to self.
Join me Saturday, February 14 from 9 am - 11 am.
Inside every woman lives both a softness that longs to be held and a fire that refuses to be tamed.
For generations, we’ve been told to choose between beingsweet or strong, tender or powerful, desirable or worthy. This division has cost us separation within ourselves and other women. Your womb, heart, and inner knowing aren't meant to be ignored or overridden. They are meant to be awakened, honoured, and embodied as sources of your deepest power.
B.O.D.Y. is the return where those sacred pieces get to reunite, our wisdom of our body becomes our compass, our sensuality becomes safe again, and our voice, our pulse, our presence become undeniable.
Inside this gathering of women there will be moments of movement, ritual, connection, and embodiment.
You’ll learn to:
🔻Revere your body as sacred and oracular
🔻Reclaim the fire of your voice and truth
🔻Lead from your womb to soften into cycles of surrender, trust, and feminine rhythm
🔻Root into devotion to yourself and your desires
🔻Shake loose the emotions you’ve been taught to contain
🔻Stand fully in your skin without apology
This is for the woman who:
▪️Is exhausted from performing or pleasing
▪️Feels disconnected from her body but deeply wants to come home
▪️Has or has not done healing work but knows there’s more to who she is
▪️Listen to her truth instead of silence it
▪️Desires to be fully expressed
▪️Is ready to be seen, held, and celebrated in all her phases, edges, and seasons
▪️Reclaim her power instead of leak it
When we bring these parts of ourselves back together, we stop the tearing down and open into sisterhood where women rise together instead of against one another. You don’t need to be spiritual here, or even on a healing journey. Drop all your inhibitions, connect, and comehome to your body.
