This workshop is for all birthworkers here at the Full Moon Birth Center. We will be going over body changes during and after pregnancy with Dr. Laura Barnum, chiropractor, and Dr. Taflyn Wilschinsky, physical therapist. They will go over posture and movement assessment and discuss common issues and symptoms, and simple support strategies. Topics will include diastasis recti and core engagement strategies; pelvic girdle pain (symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD), Si joint pain), hip pain and low back pain. Save your spot now!
