This is a free workshop series for those struggling w/ burnout, chronic pain or wanting to deepen their knowledge of functional movement. Each 2 hour workshop will combine discussion & movement addressing common areas of pain & what movements can help with pain reduction. While the info in each workshop will build off the prior, these can be taken as stand alone if you can't make all 4. Exercises will have accessible variations for different bodies, disabilities & fitness levels.This day we will focus on lower back pain (continued), squats and lunges.
What to Expect:
• Covering Anatomy of the lower back
• Moving mechanics for a functional hip hinge
• Stretches & strength exercises to improve hip mobility a reduce pain.
Workshop Series Schedule:
• March 28th- Upper back/shoulder pain, twists & carries
• April 25th- Upper back/shoulder pain continued, push & pull
