About this Event
A led, interactive session taking participants from a meditative start in to blessing areas of their physical body, followed by stances that ‘speak’ to the individual for their life situation. An end time of stillness, reflection and / or freestyle stances completes the workshop.
This session gives participants understanding of their identity, and personhood in the moment; there can be empowerment, emotional, physical and spiritual uplift & connection. A place and space to be who you are as you are.
Body Blessing focuses on different areas of the body with (positive) words of blessing spoken over them. This gives the participant the awareness of the importance of the body they have been given to live with.
Positive Postures allows the participant to take a stance or posture that ‘speaks’ for them. Using their body to create a stance or posture that is meaningful to them at that time.
Front led but intuitively worked this hour is nourishing to the whole of you. Sessions last an hour but allow an extra half hour to slowly revive, ask questions or be open to more healing & blessing.

We are now USING a TOP FLOOR ROOM in the MAIN building. As you enter the mian building (what 3 Words link above) you'll need to go up the stairs, go across the landing up to the next set of stairs turn left, then left again and then right. Follow the corridor all the way to the end and the door for the room is in front of you
