About this Event
Join us for an intentional wellness experience designed for women who are used to holding a lot — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
In both fitness and life, tension is often seen as something to push through or avoid. But what if tension is actually where awareness begins?
Body + Balance invites you to explore tension differently — not as something to escape, but as something to move through with intention.
We’ll begin by bringing awareness to the body through guided intention setting, creating space to notice where you may be holding tension before movement even begins.
From there, you’ll move through a strength-based workout led by Powerhaus, designed to help you feel, activate, and stay with tension in a controlled and supported way. Through slower tempo lifting and intentional coaching, you’ll be invited to build strength not just by pushing harder — but by staying present.
After the workout, we’ll transition into a grounded mental wellness experience led by Kai Wellness Collective, where we’ll explore how the patterns that show up in the body often reflect how we move through stress, pressure, and expectation in our daily lives.
Through guided reflection, nervous system-informed practices, and intentional conversation, you’ll begin to build a new relationship with tension — one that includes both strength and softness.
This is not about choosing between strength or softness.
It’s about learning how to hold both.
