Would you like to feel more comfortable in your body, improve your flexibility, and move with greater ease and confidence?
Through gentle, mindful movements, these classes will help you:
- Release tension and discomfort.
- Improve strength, flexibility, and balance.
- Enhance body awareness and reconnect with your natural rhythm.
These sessions are based on Feldenkrais method, encouraging you to let go of old habits and explore new ways of moving. As you discover more freedom in your movement, you’ll experience greater well-being and a deeper connection between your body and mind.

About the teacher
Juliana Appel is a drama teacher, actress, and Feldenkrais practitioner currently in my fourth year of training. Originally from Brazil, she dedicated over a decade to working with children and adults in creative settings, specializing in art education and theatre.
Now based in Aarhus, I collaborate with Ludico Theatre, where I integrate movement practices to enhance stage awareness, presence, and creativity. Her deep curiosity about the body, movement, and well-being inspired her to pursue a comprehensive four-year education in the Feldenkrais Method.
Through this work, she aim to help individuals discover ease in their movements, improve their self-awareness, and unlock their full potential—whether on stage or in everyday life.
Practical Details
Wear warm and comfortable clothing.
