Body & Stars: Monthly Somatic & Celestial Journey

Step out of daily noise and gather in community for a two-hour journey through the body, earth, and stars. We begin by settling into circle, orienting to the current lunar phase and astrological aspects, and pulling a card to receive divine guidance for our practice.
Through cued somatic awareness and rhythmic drum journeying, you will unwind physical tension, drop into deep internal landscape, and reclaim your intuitive center. Afterward, we ground our experience with warm tea, seasonal nourishment, journaling, and optional sharing.
