• Dance Trio Taster - Street dance Fitness, Ballet sculpt & Contemporary Flow - easy to follow body release & strengthening class.

• Nutritional & seasonal lunch made by the wonderful Barnsgrove chefs

• Socialise with like-minded people
• Soulful, mood boosting music creating the perfect atmosphere for each activity/class
• 2 hour luxury wreath making workshop (worth £95) Led by award-winning florist
• Build confidence & try something new!

Over 6 hours of creativity & movement providing a powerful alternative to the more traditional wellness retreats, a fun way to explore your artistic side. Enjoy a variety of classes led by highly experienced dance & fitness professionals, a delicious lunch as well as a 2 hour workshop with award winning floral designer Faux Bloom. Create your very own luxury Christimas wreath with an array of high end real touch faux botanicals, blooms, accessories & velvet ribbons. Adorn your front door or use as a centre piece, simply place your favourite candle in the centre & enjoy your wreath year after year!

What to bring - Water bottle, towel, active wear & trainers... you are welcome to enjoy the showers/changing areas during lunch.

Stunning Location - Barnsgrove Private Club, White Lane, Basingstoke. Set in a beautiful countryside location surrounded by field & woodland views.
