From living in a minivan to touring the country in a Subaru, Michael Blakey is a Midwestern ball of energy filled with optimism, hope, and a nice dash of reality that keeps him grounded. In 2012, he left his home in Missouri on a quest to find himself, and to this day, the search continues. He wears his heart on his sleeve, and his fans know it. His vulnerability on and off stage is what attracts people to him and his music.

And that baby was given up for adoption, and raised by a sweet lovely deaf couple that always nodded with approval, though they heard nothing... Kevin's music is that baby.
