About this Event

This is networking like no other with proceeds going directly towards WTS-LA Scholarships, with a goal of distributing $100,000 annually! WTS-LA, the Directors at Large, and Ports know that scholarships are important as we look to the future of the transportation industry.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There are several paid parking lots and street parking available. Parking is limited - please carpool if possible!

• North Lot: 6th Street & Harbor Blvd
• South Lot: 1014 S Harbor Blvd
• Trolley Lot: 22nd Street & Harbor Blvd
• POLA Admin Lot: 5th Street & Palos Verdes Street
• Beacon Street - street parking along Beacon Street

Directions:

From Long Beach towards San Pedro Go over both the Long Beach International Gateway Bridge and Terminal Island Bridge. Exit Harbor Blvd. Turn Right on Harbor Blvd. Turn left on W Sixth St. Parking lot is on your right.

From 110 Freeway 110 South. Exit Terminal Island/Harbor Blvd. Turn Right on Harbor Blvd. Turn left on W Sixth St. Parking lot is on your right.

Registration is closed, can I still register for the event?

The boat has a limited capacity and tickets may sell out! Buy yours early!Once registration is closed you will no longer be able to purchase tickets through the Eventbrite page. We may offer a limited number of walk-in tickets on the day of the event, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive a walk-in ticket. All walk-in tickets are subject to a $25 late fee. For availability, contact [email protected] on the day of the event.

Will corporate sponsor vouchers be accepted for this event?

Corporate Partner vouchers will NOT be accepted for this event. Vouchers are accepted for regular individual tickets at monthly Programs only. Note that vouchers can not be redeemed for event sponsorship ticket types, 1+1 sponsored student ticket types, scholarship fundraiser events, or the November Scholarships & Awards Gala, and they typically expire at the end of the calendar year. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can either bring your printed ticket or display your ticket on your mobile device using the Eventbrite app.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

No refunds will be available for this event, but you may be eligible to transfer your registration. Please notify us in advance if transferring your registration. We appreciate your support of the WTS-LA Scholarships program!
