A true countryman and wildlife enthusiast, Desmond Dugan began his career as a forest ranger in Argyll before moving to Abernethy when the RSPB bought the Forest Lodge estate in 1988. With humour and heart, Desmond reflects on decades spent working with nature — both at home and further afield — sharing tales that are insightful, entertaining, and occasionally… almost true!
