This event has been rescheduled from last year’s programme. Boars Well is the site where the last wild boar in Bradford (and allegedly in England) was killed, the head of the boar can be seen on Bradford’s coat of arms. BUWG had influence on making this small nature reserve, which encapsulates the word urban as it is very close to the city centre. However, this small piece of nature is ready for a tidying up, please join us for a morning of litter picking. This event is free but booking is essential to organise the equipment. This event is outdoors and subject to weather conditions, so please check the event page on our Facebook the day before for any updates and please dress appropriately for the weather and the event. Meeting point is where the public path (Coleman Street) in the reserve meets King’s Rd, by the bus stop. What

This event is free and organised by Bradford Urban Wildlife Group. If you have any questions or want to let us know you are coming, please contact us on Facebook Messenger or by email ([email protected]).
