Group Stage (Morning / Early Afternoon)
• 2 groups of 4 teams
• 3-game guarantee (not full round-robin)
• Games are 12 minutes total (8-minute halves, 1-minute halftime)
• Scoring:
– Win = 3 points
– Draw = 1 point
– Loss = 0 points
Knockout Stage (Afternoon)
• Semifinals: A1 vs B2 / B1 vs A2
• Championship Game + 3rd Place Match
