Boards & Bites: Charcuterie Board Workshop — Advance Tickets Required

Join Deborah Vaval of Meatbox Charcuterie for a relaxed, hands-on evening of good food, great company and beautiful boards.

Deborah will guide you step by step as you pair and arrange premium meats, cheeses, fruits and accompaniments into your own charcuterie creation. Everything you need is included—and the serving board is yours to take home.

No experience needed. Come with friends, make it a date night or come on your own and enjoy a creative evening at Island SPACE Caribbean Museum.

Tickets must be purchased by October 6 so your charcuterie ingredients and board can be prepared in advance. Tickets will not be available at the door.

$75 Workshop Admission
Includes all food, materials, instruction and your take-home serving board.

$100 Personalized Board Experience
Includes everything above, plus a customized serving board.

Children may accompany a ticketed adult for $10. Child admission does not include a full charcuterie board.

The workshop begins promptly at 6:30 p.m. Please arrive at 6 p.m. for check-in and time to get settled.

Because ingredients are selected and prepared specifically for this experience, we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies.

1. Park in the lot near the northeast entrance.
2. Walk north (toward Broward Blvd / the unfinished building) along the outside of the building.
3. Turn into the double doors immediately before the construction.
4. Walk into the mall for about a minute. We'll be the first storefront on the left.
