You're welcome to bring your favorite board games or play one of the many dozens provided Whether you're a board game veteran or you're new to board gaming there will be games, friends, and experiences for you here with like-minded gaymers and allies in the community.

2. Ownership and Rights
   All photographs, video, and recordings captured at this event are the sole property of CGN. By attending, you irrevocably grant CGN full ownership, copyright, and all rights, title, and interest in and to such materials, without compensation.
3. Authorization of Use
   CGN reserves the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, license, and otherwise exploit these photographs and recordings in any form, format, or medium now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose, whether commercial, promotional, educational, or archival.
4. Third-Party Use
   CGN may authorize, assign, transfer, or license these rights to any third party, whether or not affiliated with CGN, for any commercial or non-commercial use, including but not limited to websites, social media, advertising, fundraising, and editorial purposes.
5. Consent and Waiver
   Attendance at this event constitutes your knowing and voluntary consent to such photography, recording, and use. You waive any right to inspect or approve the use of your likeness, and you release CGN and any authorized third parties from any and all claims arising out of such use, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or misappropriation.
6. Binding Agreement
   Your acceptance of a ticket—whether purchased, discounted, or complimentary—constitutes your agreement to these terms as a condition of entry.
