Get ready to FOCUS. POWER UP. BREAK THROUGH. November 2- 6 is Board Breaking Week at Allstar Martial Arts Academy!
Throughout the entire week, students will have the opportunity to put their martial arts skills to the test by breaking real wood boards during their regular classes!
Board breaking is about much more than strength. It teaches students to combine focus, proper technique, confidence, accuracy, and commitment to accomplish something that may initially seem difficult—or even impossible. There’s nothing quite like the confidence boost that comes from setting a goal, committing to the technique, and hearing that board SNAP! 💪

Students who would like to participate should pre-order their wood boards ahead of time so they'll be ready to break during class.
