An evening where exceptional whisky meets carefully curated sound.

As part of BO$$ SELECTA Birthday Month, we're welcoming The Balvenie for an intimate guided tasting hosted by Brand Ambassador Drew Down. Across six exceptional whiskies—including a mystery dram—you'll explore the craftsmanship behind one of Scotland's most respected distilleries, paired with vinyl selections chosen to complement every pour.

Japanese canapés by Future Canteen will be served throughout the evening, making this a relaxed, seated experience designed for those who enjoy great whisky, great music, and good conversation.

Bar Selecta is an intimate vinyl listening bar tucked behind Glenferrie Road in Hawthorn. Inspired by Japanese kissaten culture, it’s a space where music, cocktails and atmosphere move as one—with audiophile sound, curated vinyl sets and a focus on slow, intentional hospitality.

Expect refined drinks, deep cuts and familiar favourites, all designed for relaxing times with good friends.
