Voted #1 Farmers Market in NC and #7 in the Nation in 2025!
This year is Black Mountain Tailgate Market's 32nd year bringing together local farmers, small businesses, and community members...and we're delighted to extended our market season for the 2026 holidays with Old Town District and Foothills Grange!
This Friday, 12/4 we'll be joining the Holly Jolly fun in Downtown Black Mountain. Vendors will be set up across Old Town District and Foothills Grange with handmade gifts, local produce & provisions, fresh eggs, baked goods & pastries, local honey, arts & crafts, apparel and so much more! It'll be a one stop shop for yourself and all your holiday gifting ideas.
Live music located at OTD 🎶
Our TRIPLE MATCH for SNAP incentives through Nourish Appalachia are continuing December through the end of the year - stop by the market info booth to learn more, donate, and swipe your EBT card!
