The Body-Mind Centering® Berlin Festival "Diversity and Balance" offers the opportunity to get to know various Berlin teachers in one place and, through 12 very different BMC® classes, to gain an insight into this special movement and body therapy approach or to deepen your own practice in it.
In BMC® we deal with the dynamic connections between body, state of mind, consciousness, thoughts and feelings. Through anatomical information, movement, touch and subtle sensations, structures, tissues and spaces in the body are made tangible. A deep, subtle experience of one's own body in connection with one's own environment can be experienced.
Through the patterns of early childhood movement development, we explore movements from single-celled organisms to walking beings. Individual stages of development interlock and provide the ground and potential for our actions today. Each class can be very different in its composition and style depending on the theme.
