We are delighted to announce the annual release of Bluffside Apple Brandy to commemorate our 7-year Anniversary. Bluffside Apple Brandy captures the true essence of the fall season in our region. Locally grown organic apples are harvested, pressed into cider. The cider is fermented at the farm into hard cider. The apple cider becomes the base of the brandy. The cider is double distilled and aged 3 years in oak bourbon barrels.

Due to the small batch release, you must reserve your bottle for purchase here on Eventbrite. You must be present and have your reservation confirmation email to redeem your reservation for purchase.

We will be offering $5 off additional bottle purchases of our La Crosse Distilling brands including: Fieldnotes Vodka, Fieldnotes Gin, Heady Bella Coffee Whiskey, Downtown Toodeloo, Robber's Rye, Buck Dancer Bourbon. We will be offering complimentary samples of select brands.

In partnership with Hoch Orchard, we combine our love for local collaboration and a reverence for organic farming to craft this Wisconsin favorite. Hoch Orchard is a vertically integrated farm growing apples and fruits without chemical and pesticide interventions allowing their apples and fruit to naturally grow and ripen.
