Bluestocking Meets Vogue

We invite you to join us for Bluestocking Meets Vogue! For one evening only women's intellectual history magazine Bluestocking is getting together with British Vogue insiders and experts to celebrate the rich legacy of women's magazines at Christ Church with a salon talk and dinner.

Come to our atmospheric literary salon at Christ Church (Lecture Room 2), where Bluestocking Editor in Chief Olivia Hurton will be in conversation with Radhika Seth, British Vogue's Film & Culture Editor, and Julie Summers, the author of British Vogue: The Biography of an Icon (2024).

After the discussion, join us for a drinks reception and three course dinner with fellow attendees. Dress in your fineries (the devil wears bluestockings, obvs) and prepare for a memorable evening. Don't miss this opportunity to learn more about the role of women's magazines past and present!
