We are thrilled to present you, for the first time, regular Blues classes at BSDC on Tuesdays.Get ready to dive into the world of blues dancing with Sofia and Ben every Tuesday evening! Unlock the heart and soul of blues dancing and be ready to shine on the dance floor.
In these classes, you'll explore four key areas of blues dancing:
- Basic Steps and Moves: We'll build a solid foundation in basic steps and expand your dance vocabulary.
- Partnering Skills: Learn to connect with the music and your dance partner. Get the lowdown on couple connections and build the confidence to lead and follow with ease.
- Solo Dancing: You'll pick up some cool solo dance moves that'll have you grooving like a pro.
- Blues Rhythms and Musicality: We'll take a deep dive into blues rhythms and an overview of different idiom dances.
- Connecting to the Music: Discover how to let the music guide your movements and express your emotions through dance.
Our classes are open to all levels. If you're just starting out, you'll get a strong foundation in the basics. If you're more experienced, prepare for challenges and detailed feedback that will refine your dance skills even further.

Time: 20.50-21.50 (please make sure to be on time)

Price: €15 (€10 for students), you can use BSDC cards
NEW! If you come to the previous Jazz class with Chiara, two hours program will be only €20 (€15 for students)

Registration: no need, just come to the class. You can join the classes at any time, no need to start from first date.

We kindly ask you to change your shoes on the ground floor and enter the ballroom only in your dance shoes. There's a room next to the entrance where you can safely keep your outside shoes.
