Blueprints & Bowties is an elegant Black-Tie fundraiser with a purpose — building the next generation of skilled young leaders through trades training, academic support, financial literacy, and hands-on apprenticeships. This exclusive evening supports DreamScape Youth and HM44 as we train youth to master real-world trade skills and complete on-the-job projects in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, and more.

When you attend, you are not just dressing up — you are investing in empowerment, opportunity, and generational success for youth across the Chicagoland area.

This night blends luxury, community, and impact, honoring our future builders and celebrating a movement that bridges the gap from elementary school to career readiness. Together, we are equipping young people with the tools to succeed — academically, socially, and vocationally.
