Blueprints of Leadership offers Young Professionals a unique opportunity to step inside one of our region’s most impactful projects: the expansion of the Niswonger Children’s Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This exclusive behind-the-scenes hard hat tour will be led by Ballad Health’s Chris Jett, CEO of Niswonger Children's Network, along with members of the construction and planning team bringing the vision to life.

Following the tour, we’ll gather for light refreshments and an inspiring conversation with Kenny Shaffer, CEO of Johnson City Medical Center. He’ll share leadership insights drawn from his own journey in healthcare and reflect on what it means to lead through growth, innovation, and service to others.
