Join us this September at Gibson Fine Art for an evening of music, conversation, and unexpected details as we celebrate the opening of Blueprints of a Dream. Meet the two Montreal-based artists whose practices move between the monumental and the intimate, and experience the exhibition brought to life for one night only.

Ola Volo creates richly layered worlds shaped by folklore, pattern and storytelling. Her practice spans original paintings, large-scale murals and commissions for international brands including Louis Vuitton, Lululemon and Starbucks.
Michelle Hoogveld, who was born and raised in Calgary, is known for luminous geometric paintings built through colour, rhythm and the arch. Her public work includes a sixteen-storey mural in Montreal and commissioned sculptures for Brookfield Place in New York.
Both artists have transformed buildings and public spaces around the world. In Blueprints of a Dream, that same ambition and visual energy come together in original paintings created to be experienced up close and lived with.
