Were hosting a Bluefin Tuna Extravaganza in St Charles where you can see a master sushi chef work magic on a whole 250+ lb Pacific Bluefin Tuna, straight from the ocean less than 24 hours from event! Watch a master sushi chef cut the bottom loin off this beautiful fish and section it out into 5 types of Bluefin. Toro, Chutoro, Akami, Collar and cheeks.
You'll get to enjoy this beautiful fish prepared in many styles, including Tartare, Poke, Torched Toro, Sashimi, Nigiri, Tuna Sliders, Blackened, and our signature "Akami Poppers".
Based on previous Tuna cuttings, guest ate on average $900 worth of Bluefin based on menu prices.
This is one Omakase where you will not have to go out for dinner afterwards.
While tasting all this tuna, you will need something to drink that will compliment the fish and different styles of preparation. We will hand select 6 different Sakes to pair with each course. Yes, this is included in the price.
