Submit pies on Sunday, August 24th, from 8-10 AM at Exhibition Hall #1. Judging is at 10:30 am. Premiums: (3 prizes) $20, $15, $10 plus ribbons.
Judges' Choice: $25
Open to all pie bakers. Bring the recipe printed on a 4 x 6 card. Please submit ONE PIE ONLY for judging. Bake the pie the day before. Warm pies cannot be judged properly. Judged on ease of preparation, texture, flavor, and overall appearance. Use a disposable pan.
