Join us for a performance of the Tony Award-winning musical, Come From Away, presented by our Bluebards Theatre Troupe.
The production is a heartwarming musical based on the extraordinary story of what transpired when 38 planes were ordered to land unexpectedly in Gander, Newfoundland on September 11, 2001. The musical highlights themes of community, resilience, and compassion by showcasing the profound friendships that formed between the people of Newfoundland (aka “the islanders”) and the passengers (aka “the come from away”) amid a global crisis.
Due to strong language and thematic issues, the show is recommended for ages 13 and up.
This musical is free and open to the public; however, members of the public who do not already have base access must pre-register here to enter the installation.
