Moai Launch Party – Volunteer Opportunity

Join us for a fun and meaningful day as we celebrate the launch of 20+ Moai groups that will bring people together to build connection, support, and healthier communities. This event will celebrate community well-being and introduce attendees to the Moai concept while providing the opportunity to meet others.

And we are looking for volunteers who can help bring this event to life. We are looking for people to assist with event set-up, event support and event breakdown. We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make this event a success! Whether you enjoy organizing, welcoming guests, or helping behind the scenes, there’s a role for you.

Volunteer Event Details:

Date: Saturday, April 18th, 2026

Location: North Park- 3200 Mission Inn Avenue, Riverside, CA 92507

Time: 7:00 AM-2:00 PM (Event Time is 10:00 AM-12:00 PM)

Volunteer Roles & Shifts:
To ensure smooth coverage throughout the event, we’ve created three volunteer shifts:

• Set-Up and Event Support Crew: 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM
  Perfect for early risers who like to get things organized — you'll be setting the stage before the energy kicks in. This role will be helping with setting up booths, adding decorations, setting up tables, etc..
• Event Support: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  Ideal for people who like to connect with others. You'll be the face of the event, welcoming guests, checking people in and keeping things running smoothly.
• Event Support and Breakdown Crew: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  Great for those who like to see things through to the end — you'll help wrap up and restore the space after a successful event.

Shifts overlap to ensure smooth transitions between shifts. If interested, you can sign up for multiple shifts.

Volunteer Requirements:

• Volunteers must be 15 years or older. Those under 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign a waiver the day of the event. Waivers will be available at the Volunteer Check-In Booth.
• Friendly, reliable, and willing to assist where needed.
• Comfortable working as part of a team and following direction.
