About this Event

What to Expect: In this 10 week class, discover and explore what mindfulness is, and is not, from an experienced teacher. Learn how it can be used to improve focus and concentration, increase happiness, treat stress, reduce emotional reactivity, and relieve anxiety and depression. Participants will learn a variety of mindfulness and meditation practices, and will be encouraged to do home practice.

When: Wednesday Evenings from March 19th - May 21
