Denise S. Barrera, MSSW, LCPAA
CPS Regional Director – Region 11
Ms. Barrera brings decades of experience serving vulnerable children and families and will share insights on the current state of child welfare, foster care, and how our community can make a lasting impact in the lives of children.
For over 32 years, Blue Sunday has worked to raise awareness, equip churches, support foster and kinship families, and provide hope for abused and neglected children across the Rio Grande Valley.
Together, we can make a difference for the children who need us most.
