WCEL Mission:
Our mission is to partner with families and caregivers to provide high-quality, equitable, and comprehensive therapy, early learning, and support services to children, with a focus on those experiencing developmental delays and disabilities.
WCEL Vision:
We envision an equitable and just society where all children, including those with disabilities, thrive, have their unique developmental needs nurtured, experience meaningful connection, and have caregivers who celebrate their strengths and can advocate for their needs.
This event will feature a musical lineup of:
PAPERHEART
Paperheart is the PNW's grunge tribute band. They always give you the best of what initially put the PNW on the map, all in one show!

MICHAEL DAYVID
A solo singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, composer/arranger, and entertainer, Michael Dayvid is the world's premiere Adventure Folk artist. He has been producing and performing original and cover music for 20 years, ranging in style from jazz to folk, blues to classic rock, opera to show tunes, Top 40 to the 1940s and back. He is also gaining recognition for his incredible freestyle songwriting, creating new music from scratch based on audience suggestions. Michael’s acoustic guitar and vocal loops fit seamlessly at a wedding, company party, festival, restaurant, or bar.
Michael has independently released 3 EP recordings, including a massive 2019 EP on indie label Mercury Sky Records. His debut "First Takes" (2010) was recorded in one take only. His sophomore release "Tea & Secrets" (2016) was recorded and co-produced by Dominic Romano. In October 2019, thanks to Mercury Sky, Michael released an epic Cinematic Rock EP “Solveig’s Shadow” (2019), featuring massive orchestrations that bring his original music soaring into life.
Michael has also collaborated with studio bands in a variety of genres, performing vocals, rhythm and lead guitars, keyboards, wind instruments, or composing string arrangements, lyrics, and more. Until 2022, he performed and recorded with Alternative Celtic Folk band The Gatehouse Well.
Michael and his amazing wife Chelsea live in Bellingham, Washington. He performs constantly throughout Washington’s Whatcom and Skagit Counties.
