Jim is a real estate investor and coach who has trained over 1,000 people how to flip houses the right way. Jim bought his first flip for $66,000 — and this year he’s
overseeing more than $66 million in projects. From $66K to $66M, he’s
built his success by treating every flip like a professional general contractor would treat a commercial project. In this talk, Jim will share why most investors fail, what professionals do differently, and how to flip houses with the systems, structure, and discipline that
create consistent profits.
