In this fun and engaging presentation, we will list and define the characteristics of winning organizational customer cultures as well as the behaviors everyone must perform to contribute to the bottom line. This workshop is for anyone who serves a customer and wants to be successful.

MEET THE PRESENTER
Ted Schick is a professional speaker, corporate trainer, and owner of Schick Corporate Learning. A retired naval officer who rose from the enlisted ranks, Ted has over 30 years of experience leading people. He holds a BA Business from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, received a teaching certificate from Bemidji State University, and a Master of Education from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.
