Once in a blue moon. You've said it. We've all said it. But on Sunday, May 31st, it's actually happening.
May 2026 is one of those rare months with two full moons. The second, rising on the 31st, is the Blue Moon. It won't look blue. But it's been rare enough over centuries of folklore to carry real weight. The last one was August 2024. The next is 2027. That's the window. That's the night.
We're marking it the best way we know how: a four-course dinner inside Wilson's Ciderhouse, paired with four drinks and a menu built for late spring at its best.
