Time for you to get cozy and slow down. A cup of hot herbal tea is waiting for you! Bundle up for the Blue Mind Reset: a restorative practice that brings you the calm and well-being of blue mind with a blend of a mini-ecotalk, guided meditation and stretches and a dreamy sound bath by Linnea.
Haven’t heard of the Blue Mind Theory yet? Let us introduce you to a way of being more calm, creative, balanced and connected, then carry the healing benefits of blue mind with you through the week.
Our time together ends savoring the sounds of nature by the inlet and the prettiest view in town. Leave relaxed and ready for a good night's sleep.
Held on the lighthouse deck 2 Thursdays/month.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to program start to check in.
