The Blue Mind Reset+ social at the beach is a restorative practice that brings you the calm and well-being of blue mind with a blend of a mini-ecotalk by Linda Emerson, guided meditation, light stretches and a dreamy sound bath presented by Damiann.
Haven’t heard of the Blue Mind Theory yet? Let us introduce you to a way of being more calm, creative, balanced and connected, then carry the healing benefits of blue mind with you through the weekend.
Our time together ends savoring the sound of the sea and sharing our water stories. Leave relaxed and ready for a good night's sleep.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to program start to check in.
